11. As you may or may not be aware, elections for new officers should have been held in August 2007. Unfortunately, the attendance at the class meetings for the past 6 months did not allow for the quota we needed to conduct elections. In that regard, we are in non-compliance with our by-laws. To rectify this situation, we have decided to conduct the elections electronically (via email). An uninterested party will be selected as the election chair at the meeting on February 23rd and ballots will be sent via email to the class. In that regard, please state your nominations for the following offices:
